DOW Jones Moves Back Above 100 MA - September 12, 2016

DOW Jones is up by +239.6points or  +1.32% and again trading above 100MA. US equities rebounded after the dovish speech from Federal Reserve Governor Lael Brainard. Brainard, a voting member of the Fed's policymaking committee, said she remained concerned about the impact that global difficulties would have on the U.S. economy and warned against hiking rates too soon.
